Our Professional and Business plans run on a self-service monthly subscription model, meaning you can change tier or cancel your subscription whenever you want. Only the Enterprise plan — because it includes custom deployments, priority support, and SLAs — is handled through an annual contract.
Technical users can import findings, create vulnerabilities, assign severities, and manage remediations. Non-privileged users (available from the Business plan onward) have read-only access for stakeholders or clients who need status visibility without operating the platform.
For Personal, Professional, and Business subscriptions, payments are processed securely and exclusively via credit or debit card through the Stripe gateway. We do not store your card data on our servers.
Every subscription includes a built-in usage quota for our assisted AI models (such as DeepSeek and Gemini). If your team exhausts that quota, or you prefer strict privacy and cost control with other providers, UID Studio lets you operate under a "Bring Your Own Key" (BYOK) model. You can configure your own API keys (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) without us charging additional fees for that usage.
Yes. The platform runs over encrypted HTTPS connections, with workspace data separation and role-based access control. Each organization only accesses its own projects and vulnerabilities. For specific compliance requirements, see the Enterprise plan.
